    In case you do not no the meaning of humid they put damp so you can understand.They put damp sometimes because it is good vocabulary and it is not boring.

    3. The author has written damp in brackets because some people don’t know what humid might mean, so the author has put the word damp in the section Forest Floor.

    My opinion is that without trees we wouldn’t be able to give our carbon dioxide to the trees since they could already been cut, and it would be too late. Carbon dioxide could be harmful to us, so we wouldn’t be able to live long without trees. Also, we have to breathe oxygen to live. So without trees, we can’t have long to live.

    My opinion is that if we didn’t have the rainforest we could be dead by now because there is no oxygen and where does oxygen come from trees and the rainforest is filled with trees so if you’re cutting down trees you’re putting your plant at risk.

    but for a chance both are very damp ( humid ) the tropical is much closer to the equator other then the temprate which is not. in the rainforest there are branches stuck together which is called a
    canopy all of the trees in the rainforest are called a canopy .there is a rainforest in south america
    which is the largest . did you know that the canopy can be about 30m above the ground .

    There are no rainforests in Antarctica because it is far too cold and they need large amounts of rainfall and heat if they were to survive the harsh weather in Antarctica. ( there is no rain there)

    My opinion is that the author has used the rhetorical question very well because trees produce oxygen and if we cut them down there isn’t enough left to breathe through.
