    There are no rain-forests in Antarctica because… it’s far too cold for a rain-forest to actually develop properly due to cold conditions..
    How do animals communicate when they cannot see one another?
    They use loud calls if they cannot see each other because of the thick branches and leaves, they can also communicate by jumping/swinging from tree to tree.
    Why has the author written the word ‘damp’ in brackets in the ‘Forest Floor’ section?
    The author has put the word “(damp)” in brackets because.. the author described the forest floor as humid, and if some people don’t know what ‘humid’ means the author has kindly put another easy word that could be easy to figure out what humid actually means. It’s putting another word that means the same thing but in simplistic form.

    How can we manage without rain-forests?
    In my opinion I don’t think we can manage without them, because we get our natural medicine and herbs from there. We also find resources that could be useful for food and pollution. It’s also safer for our environment as it produces more clean air.. animals also need homes and food so it’s a opportunity we have this whole of rain-forests around every continent as all mammals deserve chances for a better future.

    7 million kilometre. The majority of the forest is in Brazil and small parts are in Colombia and Peru. More than 30 million people of 350 different background live in the Amazon. The Amazon rain forest is mostly hot and the rainfall is mostly high this is why the trees are very thick and there are 1000 different animal species in the Amazon rain forest.

    What i think is that we should more often care about more things then just doing nothing but what i really think is that we should really stop littering and we should care about the enviroment.
