We can’t live with out rain forests because we get supplies like food and wood to help us live.

  16. Ibrahim M.

    Gold :
We can’t live without the rainforest because the trees help with climate change, trees give us foods, and they give us oxygen.
When we cut trees down, the planet gets hotter as they help with the climate change and animals like polar bears start to die.
If we cut trees, we won’t get foods and then if we don’t get the foods we need (like bananas and potatoes), animals and humans will die because of hunger.
If this carries on, we won’t get oxygen because trees give us oxygen and inhale Co2. We inhale oxygen and when we exhale, we breathe out Co2.
If there was 0 % oxygen and 100 % Co2, we would go extinct.

The amazing amazon rainforest is a forest located in south America and takes up more than 7 million kilometres. The Amazon rainforest is the largest known tropical rainforest in the world but sadly every hour about the size of 300 football pitches are cut down due to fire, loggers and machines.

Because of deforestation animals are being extinct (risk of extinction) like the orangutans dying due to palm oil deforestation and some animals are extinct (no longer exist) like the dodo bird and the white rino because of this happening all over our planet. You could write to loggers to stop doing this because this is causing harm all over the planet.
