    It is not correct because the first one shows 223, the second one shows 436 and the last one shows 111. The order it should go in is 436, 223, and 111.

    Dora is correct because there are no tens in the tens column while Jack said there are 7 tens in the tens column.

    the captain was incorrect because you should have to put the 2 counters in the hundreds column.
