You have all worked incredibly hard this year, long hours of learning and revision at home.
Now it is time to celebrate your time at Broad Heath, to spend time with your friends and make your final memories here- a place which celebrates all of your “gains!”
Evening Event
Festival begins at 5:45pm
(Entrance: Webster gate)
Non-uniform: bright colours/ face paint/ festival attire/ sensible shoes
-Everyone to bring a bottle of water (label with your name)
-School will provide entertainment and food
-Please being £1.50 with you if you would like an ice-cream from the ice-cream van
No electrical items are allowed!
Collection at 8:45pm
All children must be collected from the Webster gate.
We will not allow the children to walk home alone at night.
Children who are not sleeping over, need to attend school the following day!
Overnight Event
A group of children will be camping at school after the main event.
School will provide tents and breakfast.
What do I need to bring if I am camping?
-A change of clothes for the late evening- comfortable bottoms, top and a hoodie. The temperature will drop at night so bring a warm top.
-Sleeping bag OR a duvet, as well as a pillow.
-Small wash bag with toothbrush and toothpaste, face wipes & deodorant.
-A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Voluntary items:
-Solar panel fairy lights
-Solar panel garden lights
Collection: 7:45am – Webster Gate (staff will dismiss)
Children who have stayed over are not expected to be in school the next day.
