The following is available to the whole school – we have 20 vouchers left, first come, first serve. If you would like some, please complete the form below.
This term, year 5 have been working with Sky Blues in the Community, who have given the school some vouchers to attend a Coventry City football match. Each voucher will give you a 2 free tickets, one for an adult and one for a child. You can use it to attend any of the remaining home fixtures this year. If you would like a voucher for a game we need you to do 2 things;
- Fill in the form below, detailing which adult and which child will be attending.
- Take a photo of you at the game with your child to put on the school blog.
If you require more than one ticket, i.e. you would like to take more than 1 child, please fill out the form again for each child so we know how many to give to each class. The vouchers will be given out on Friday 4th February so if you would like your voucher please complete the form by Thursday 3rd February.
