Hello Broad Heath Choir,
Exciting news!
Our trip to the Warwick Arts Centre is in 2 Weeks!
When we return to school on Monday the 4th of November, we will have our final rehearsal before the show on Wednesday the 6th of November.
Please make sure all choir children are present at this rehearsal. We are asking if parents would attend the last ten minutes of the rehearsal so that we can go over the final information and details, before the trip. Mr Kane will meet parents promptly at 15:50 at Webster gate.
Packed Dinner:
On the day of the trip do not forget to bring your packed dinner.
We ask that these packed dinners do not contain: Nuts, Fish or any visible egg. This is so we can support our children who may have allergies.
We also ask that the lunch is not hot and does not contain any fizzy drinks.
Attendance and Pick-up:
It is important that ALL parents fill out the form sent to you via MCAS regarding if you are attending the concert and where you intend to pick up your child.

We need to know which children are getting picked up from the Warwick arts Centre and who needs to be brought back to Broad Heath for collection as this will effect collection time.
