We have had a fantastic day getting to know our new teachers and seeing our new classroom.
We had a fun circle time where we introduced ourselves. We shared our favourite colour, hobbies and what we like to eat. We then wrote our aspirations for Year 1 on shell templates. Later on in the day, we made cool sea creatures using paper plates and googley eyes. This was followed by painting our fishes using dabbers and making a silhouette painting by carrying out sponge painting. We decorated shells using collage and sequins. RR all got stuck in and had a wonderful day!
Miss Korotania and Mrs Watkins loved getting to know you all. We are looking forward to September, where we will ‘Deep Dive and Thrive in 1B’
