Paddington Explored Coventry with 3Red…

Our Final trip in Year 3 linked our English and Geography together.
The children explored our city and its Museums with a special guest ‘The Famous Paddington Bear.’ Using their imagination they thought of some mischievous mishaps and fantastic ideas of the trouble Paddington could cause around the city, this will support them when it came to them writing their own story about Paddington visiting Coventry.
Whilst walking into town the children worked in groups to keep a tally of the amount of vehicles in 3 different locations and identified which location was the busiest. The children visited the Transport Museum and the Herbert Art Gallery along with lots of other places. They showed respect for all the places we went to and resilience as it was a long day and they represented Broad Heath and our Year group brilliantly, Well done 3 Red!
