2 Red’s Well-being Day

Today, we had a VE themed well-being day. In the morning, we made preparations for our VE celebration by making sandwiches and bunting. We also played snap.

In the afternoon, we got active. We drew clocks on the playground, then stood by the number that showed the minute hand when a time was called out. After this, we had our VE party and listened and danced to the song ‘The White Cliffs of Dover’ by Vera Lynn.

    V.E. stand for Victory in Europe day.
    First V.E. day was on 8th May 1945.
    I enjoyed when we had V.E. celebration, we dance together and ate cup cakes and jam bread.
