Our reading challenge story this half term is:

Firstly, practise reading the sounds and blend them into words which we will find in the story.

If you could build your own robot, what would you like it to be able to do? Why?

Tell me what happened in the story using full sentences. Remember to use capital letters, full stops and finger spaces. Segment and blend to help you spell the words.

    Dad stopped Ned from dusting

    I would like my Robert to dance and to do help with cleaning for my mum. I want it to cook for us too.

    Because he was making a mess.

    Silver: I would build a robot with a clock inside it. It would look awesome and would tell me the time. It would clean up all the mess for me so I don’t have to do it.
    Its head would be a globe because its the right 3d shape for a head.
