2Red Olympic Week -Day 1

This week is Olympic Week.
Today, we have been learning about the Greece and where the Olympics originated.

We made Olive Crowns like the winners of the Olympics have. Here is some photos of our amazing art.

We then researched a Paralympian called David Smith. We found out some amazing facts about him. We created fact files about his life. Here are some.

Finally, we explored the art from a Slovakian artist called Slaven Dizdarevic. We took inspiration from his art and created a water colour background for us to finish later in the week.

What was your favourite part of the day?

    My favourite part was doing the painting using different colours, making hat and learning the fact about David smith.
